If at any time you have problems or questions, please click the
XpressSuite (Load Info/POD) will allow direct access to our transportation
software's database for load information. For fast response time, click Load Info By Order or By BOL.
When viewing loads older than 30 days, the View Images will require a longer response to retrieve Proof of Delivery images from our archives.
Before you can View Images (Proof of Delivery), you will need to click the Self-extraction Zip file to install the RVI Internet Viewer (Version 2.12).
The RVI Internet Viewer, a product of Real Vision Software, Inc., will allow direct access to our imaging system to display, print,
or e-mail Proof of Delivery images. You may open to save or save the file to your computer, open it and follow the instructions to
install the RVI Internet Viewer.
If you have not Sign On within the last 30 days, your Username
and Password could have been removed. If you are unable to signon, please call (800)256-4805 x7388 or send an e-mail.
